Angela is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, and seeks to share the tools of yoga with her students so that they can prosper.

She first discovered yoga in 1994. She was initially attracted to physical aspects of yoga, as it offered continuity to her body after retiring from gymnastics. She quickly discovered the balance and self awareness it brought her as a beneficial side effect.

Angela teaches a highly adaptable and healing style of yoga that links breath with dynamic movement in a meditative flow. This style can be practiced by people of all levels and fitness abilitlies.
